Implementation
The best part? Talking to other educators.. the variety and quality of resources shared among participants.
- Each workshop consists of 25 participants plus one facilitator per cohort.
- The cohort moves through the workshop together over a period of 4 consecutive weeks requiring no more than 2.5 hours per week.
- Anytime/Anywhere meeting times. You are not required to go online during specific times. Day, night or weekends, as long as the weekly schedule of tasks is completed. Your participation with other learners is necessary given CyberSmart's focus on collaborative online learning.
- A train-the-trainer model is available.
- Individual and small group registration is allowed on an ‘as available basis’.
Optional face-to-face training
Your staff may choose to implement three additional 45-minute trainings to generate continuing discussion on topics covered in the online course. CyberSmart! provides a suggested outline for schools leading these sessions as well as presentations and questions for discussion, among other helpful materials—all at no additional charge.
