Because workshop meetings do not occur in “real time,” you are not required to go online and interact with others at a specific time or on a certain day. Day, nights, weekends your choice, provided you meet the weekly schedule of tasks.
These workshops are not self-directed. There is a weekly schedule of activities, and your participation with other learners is necessary given CyberSmart!’s focus on collaborative online learning. You are required to complete certain activities each week in a certain order in keeping with the course’s weekly schedule of To-Do’s.
The success (and part of the fun) of this workshop depends on participants collaborating with one another.
