| Ms. Hodges Shaw is Director Emeritus, Computer
Policy and Law. She is a consultant and frequent
speaker on the ethical and legal aspects of computer
policies, including the development of appropriate
policies for Internet use within schools. |

| Peter Miller, Superintendent, The Somerset Hills School District | ||
| In his prior position as Director of Curriculum
and Instruction, Mr. Miller provided teachers and
classrooms for development and testing of The CyberSmart!
Curriculum. He is recognized as a leader in the
integration of technology into the classroom. |

| Howard Schmidt, Vice Chair, President's Critical Infrastructure Protection Board (former Chief Security Officer, Microsoft Corporation) | ||
| Mr. Schmidt directs the activity of those responsible
for security of Microsoft information worldwide.
Previously, he directed the Air Force Office of
Special Investigations, Computer Forensic Lab and
was Deputy Chief of Computer Crime and Information
Warfare. Prior to that he headed the FBI National
Drug Intelligence Center Computer Exploitation Team.
Schmidt also serves as adjunct Professor at the
